Jul 14th 2009!⃝When I watched this video, I noticed it featured Lisa Marie, and when I heard the commentry on it by Jackson's family and friends, my interpretation became this;
This was to assure the world that their love, no matter how short it was, was real. It was written to Lisa Marie as a love song, assuring her she wasn't alone.
"Who Is It" is pretty much the turn-around of this song.
