I know exactly what this song is about because I have gone through the same sort of relationship. I'll take it line by line.

"All the times you rained on my parade"

The person he was dating was a very depressing person and didn't want to do anything.

"And all the clubs you got in using my name."

This is not necessarily referring to "clubs" as in "nightclubs" or "dance clubs", but could also be referring to her using the relationship to her advantage, whether financially or socially or both.

"You think you broke my heart? Oh girl, for goodness sake. You think I'm crying on my own? Well I ain't."

This is self-explanatory, Justin is just saying that he is over the girl and he wants her to know that.

"And I didn't want to write a song, 'cause I didn't want anyone thinking I still care. I don't. But you still hit my phone up. And baby, I be moving on. But I think you should be something. "

This is just Justin reiterating that he doesn't care and wants to make it clear that he is not interested in fixing the relationship, while, at the same time, saying that he doesn't have any ill will towards the girl.

"I don't want to hold back. Baby, you should know that my mama don't like you, and she likes everyone. And I never like to admit that I was wrong."

This is basically Justin finally opening up and being completely honest about the relationship. This is not necessarily directed towards the girl, but is more of an admission to himself. Justin admits that his mother did not like the girl, and is basically saying that that should have been a big sign that something was wrong.

"But I've been so caught up in my job, I didn't see what was going on, but now I know that I'm better sleeping on my own."

Justin is saying that he didn't realize what was happening in the relationship because he was busy working and couldn't focus on it. When he had time to think about it after the relationship was over, he realized what had been going on and came to the conclusion that he is better off without the girl.

"'Cause if you like the way you look that much, oh baby, you should go and love yourself."

Justin is saying that the girl is very high maintenance and narcissistic, and that she really has no potential of being with anybody because she will always put herself first.

"And if you think that I'm still holding onto something, you should go and love yourself."

This line is basically Justin reiterating for a second time that he is done with the girl and doesn't want to reconcile.

"When you told me that you hated my friends, the only problem was with you and not them."

Justin is saying that the girl blames everyone else for her own problems.

"And every time you told me my opinion was wrong, and tried to make me forget where I came from."

Justin is basically giving the impression here that the girl wanted him to compromise on everything while she compromised on nothing.

"All the times that you made me feel small."

Justin is saying that the girl hurt his feelings many times.

"I fell in love, now I feel nothing at all."

Justin is saying, finally, that he is completely done with the girl.

"I never felt so low when I was vulnerable. Was I a fool to let you break down my walls?"

Justin is blaming himself for letting the girl get close to him in the first place.
