Dec 6th 2009!⃝The girl in the song - I suppose that's Taylor - has been cheated by the one she loves. She screams "Leave!" and she slams the door, but deep inside she's hoping he'll throw pebbles to her window pane screaming "I'm in love with you" under the pouring rain, even if she won't admit it.
The song is about the conflicting feelings of being mad at someone but, at the same time, needing them desperately and willing to forgive everything, because, after everything, love is stronger than anything else.
