Sep 18th 2014!⃝This is a song about mental health the songbird is a voice in his head quite often a sign of pyschoprenia the fact that he goes on too say she's a little pilot in my mind this suggest that he is being controlled by her or she is helping him make decisions. He is clearly quite distraught that she's gone and may feel lost without her guidance. Give her all the love she gave to me, the voice in their head is often the only person they trust, belive and even love. When it says then she flew away in to the night it could mean they've now got treatment and this voice which is leading them has flew away.
