Everyday we have good days, and bad days.
We have happiness, and sorrow. We have okay days, and great days.
Now,imagine yourself hitting the jackpot on the slot you are playing, or gathering with great friends, and having the best time! Perhaps it's seeing your child, or grandchild for the very first time!
And in the writer's case, I think it's about falling in love, and supporting the rap with every step he takes towards his goal. Sometimes he gets a surprise when he hits a huge progress toward his goal.
I am sure you have all felt elation of a moment that...

Get a feeling that you never never knew never had before, no no
You get a good feeling, yeah
The rap part is about getting a head, not head. He is going to go as high as he can go, and he feels he is going to win what he wants in life.
