This song is about a guy, usher, who gets a call saying that the girl he is cheating with is now pregnant. He is now confessing to cheating on his girlfriend with his ex. He is trying to get her forgiveness by coming out to everything that he has done in confessions. In confessions part 1, he confessed to everything that he did. and now in confessions part 2 he finds out that the girl is pregnant and he doesn't know how he is going to tell his girlfriend. He doesn't know what to do and how to tell her, but he says that he just gonna be a man and get it over with.
