His body and brain still crave and long hard core for that drug and it's unpresendented power. Still hovering over him. Which is completely normal. People who have used heroin. Always will deal with the desire to use it. Even long after they quit. Heroins power has altered and changed one's brain chemistry so much that they still think and fantasize about the drug and powerful sensation it releases over the body. It's something that is unlike anything else really in life. Opiates are no joke for game to play around with in life. Especially the over whelmingly life changing/ruining power of heroin addiction. It takes over ones life completely. And no matter even if they somehow get sober from the drug. It forever plays a part in the person's mind, conscious, and spirit. (Please if you have never used heroin. Don't ever touch it what so ever! It destroyers happiness. Tears apart lives, relationships, and families. It's as ruthless as they come. And once you trigger it. Quitting it becomes such a difficult, long, and trialing up hill battle. That so unfortunately and sadly. So many never find an escape from.)
