Jul 25th 2012!⃝I believe a different interpretation of the song. The song sounds more like the point of view of someone who was born extremely different from society a diformity, a disease, being mistreated by those close to them. They already know their ugly and different and even those close to them ( their heroes ) even treat them badly. Yet they keep a smile on their face and keep hoping the insults would one day become a compliment even a " I love you. " but it never happens. They try their best to put some trust in God because of the way he is suppose to be but they lose faith slowly. In time the dreams and hopes they had, the family they hoped loved them, the God they wished would just show and save them become nothing but a dilusion a dream better off being woken up from. Even if they are different even if they don't fit in even if those around them would most likely never understand them what did they ever do to deserve that.
