Jun 10th 2014!⃝Well, to me this song is about finding Christ. Two ex-lovers have split and she calls to tell him how she's doing and she says "by the way, there is someone new." This really upsets the man at first and then when he comes to terms with it he says that he has found someone too. When he says "it took a lot of time down on his knees" that is where he is saying he has prayed a lot because he lost her. Losing the woman he loved lead him to turn to Christ in prayer and faith, strengthening his relationship with Him.
