This is like my favorite song and it's basically an ode to All Time Low's hometown and the love discovered there. To me, the song is about a boy who is so in the moment and in love with this girl. The girl doesn't love him back, which is so sad because the song genuinely shows how in love he is with her, but they are just friends. They're out having a good time and they're so in the moment. The boy doesn't want to leave this in-the-moment feeling, hence the "Why can't Thursday last forever," which shows how he never wants this night to end. It is almost as if he has never lived before this night, and he is positive that she is the one. The girl is hesitant towards love because she must have had trouble with it in the past, but the boy tries to persuade her by telling her to make new memories, with him, so they can remember their hometown and how amazing it was. The two are falling in love in Baltimore.
To sum it up, the song is a really sweet song about falling in love and is also an ode to Baltimore, thanking it for the great memories it has provided. :)
