The way it talks about being in 'serious shit' and 'closing my eyes so I can't block you out' shows that the girl doesn't want to be in love with another girl, but then she calls her lover a 'perfect surprise'. Perhaps because of torn feelings?
Buuut then the P.O.V changes (or, at least, the singer does- I think it's Lena, but knowing my memory, it's probably Yulia) and then the girl starts referring to her lover as 'her'. Maybe confessing to somebody that she is love with another woman? The 'I'm feeling for her what she's feeling for me' to me sounds like the girl is telling someone about her girlfriend, and the person is saying that it's not real love. The girl responds that both are very much in love with each other.
The 'mother, looking at me' part could be as the girl tells her mother she is a lesbian. But then again, it could be because she has gone to church and is referring to Mother Mary, as to some Catholics, homosexuality is referred to as a sin. 'Yes I've lost my mind' could be that she thinks she has lost her mind to the Devil.
The 'daddy' part seems a lot more personal, like a Daddy's girl reluctantly sweetening her father up before dropping the bombshell, or trying to convince the father that she is still his little girl. But it could be that she is talking to God, asking if she will ever be free from what she thinks is sin.
The 'this is not enough' could be that they long to bring their relationship into the public, but can't because of the social taboo.
The echoing 'all the things she said' as they run away at the end of the music video, leaving all the people who thought their romance was something sinful behind a fence representing their narrow-mindedness, could be that 'she' (the girlfriend) asked if they could run away together and finally be free of social prejudice towards them.
But hey, that's just what I think :)
